Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and organize incoming stock with precision and speed.
- Merchandising: Stock shelves, racks, and display areas according to company standards and visual guidelines.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items are properly labeled and priced.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the receiving area and storage spaces clean, organized, and safe.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the management team regarding inventory levels and logistical needs.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow specific instructions and maintain high accuracy in stock organization.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with reading labels, UPCs, and handling basic financial transactions if required.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and work ethic.
