Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming merchandise shipments efficiently
- Organize and stock shelves according to planograms and company standards
- Maintain clean, safe, and visually appealing sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and stocking equipment safely
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and loss prevention guidelines
Qualifications
- Reliable early morning availability (start times as early as 4:00 AM)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
