Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise from delivery trucks using provided equipment
- Stock shelves and display areas according to planograms and safety standards
- Operate electric pallet jacks and rolling ladders for high-reach stocking
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts using provided handheld scanners
- Ensure proper rotation of products and maintain freshness standards
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve stocking targets
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (4:00 AM start time)
- Experience operating retail equipment (pallet jacks, ladders)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
