Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming merchandise using company-provided equipment
- Organize products according to store layout and inventory systems
- Operate pallet jacks and stockers safely and efficiently
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom areas
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless store operations
- Report inventory discrepancies and equipment issues promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (4 AM - 12 PM)
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to early shifts
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with retail inventory systems a plus
