Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries in the warehouse and sales floor
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays according to planogram standards
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and proper inventory management
- Operate pallet jacks and maintain clean, organized stock areas
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve stocking goals
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisors
- Maintain safety protocols during all stocking activities
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Available to work 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM shifts (Monday-Friday)
- Basic math skills and inventory awareness
- Valid driver's license (for potential receiving duties)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
