Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries in the early morning hours (3:00 AM - 11:00 AM)
- Stock shelves and displays according to planogram specifications
- Manage inventory rotation using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles
- Ensure pricing and promotional signage is accurately displayed
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockroom and sales floor areas
- Collaborate with overnight team to prioritize stocking tasks
- Report inventory discrepancies to department supervisor
Qualifications
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Arizona ID or driver's license required
