- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to drive sales.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Stock merchandise, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is pristine.
- Process returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes.
