Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming merchandise shipments in the receiving area
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planograms and safety standards
- Rotate inventory using FIFO principles to minimize waste
- Perform price changes and promotional signage updates
- Operate pallet jacks and maintain clean, organized stockrooms
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize workflow
- Report inventory discrepancies and maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Early availability (4:00 AM start time required)
- Basic math skills for inventory and pricing tasks
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional store deliveries)
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
