Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments in the early morning hours (4:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to company standards
- Rotate inventory using FIFO (First-In-First-Out) principles
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team for efficient operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (starting between 4:00 AM - 6:00 AM)
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to Stockton location
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass background check and drug screening
