Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise from delivery trucks during early morning hours
- Restock shelves and displays according to planograms and inventory guidelines
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation to ensure freshness and accuracy
- Collaborate with overnight team members to meet stocking targets
- Follow all safety protocols and company standards for merchandise handling
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Previous stocking, warehouse, or retail experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
