Responsibilities
- Unload and process incoming shipments efficiently
- Organize and merchandise products according to planograms
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and stock rotation
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom/sales floor areas
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet stocking goals
- Adhere to safety protocols and loss prevention standards
- Support cross-functional tasks as needed during peak hours
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Early morning availability (typically 4:00 AM start)
- Basic math and inventory tracking abilities
- Previous stocking/retail experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Pass background check and drug screening
