Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise from delivery trucks efficiently
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planograms
- Ensure proper pricing, signage, and rotation of products
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized stockroom areas
- Assist with inventory counts and stock reconciliation
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet stocking targets
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shifts consistently
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory and pricing accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Reliable transportation to worksite
- Passion for teamwork and store presentation
