Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming merchandise shipments in a timely and efficient manner
- Stock shelves, coolers, and display areas according to planogram specifications
- Rotate products using FIFO (First In, First Out) methods to ensure freshness
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments throughout the store
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless operations
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math proficiency for inventory management
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts (typically 4 AM - 1 PM)
