Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling product displays
- Support inventory management through receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and operational efficiency
- Actively drive sales through product demonstrations and upselling techniques
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly while adhering to company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Attention to detail in merchandising and inventory management
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if driving required for store operations)
