Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and stock merchandise from delivery trucks in accordance with inventory management systems
- Organize shelves and displays to maximize visual appeal and product accessibility
- Rotate stock following FIFO (First In, First Out) protocols to ensure freshness
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized sales floor and stockroom environments
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve stocking goals and maintain store standards
- Conduct basic inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Previous stocking, warehousing, or retail experience preferred
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management and price verification
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced settings
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
