Responsibilities
- Unload and merchandise incoming shipments efficiently and accurately
- Organize and stock shelves, displays, and stockrooms following company standards
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain proper stock rotation (FIFO)
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet stocking deadlines
- Ensure sales floor presentation meets visual merchandising guidelines
- Operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Report maintenance needs and safety hazards immediately
- Support store opening procedures and customer service readiness
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4 AM - 1 PM shifts with weekend flexibility
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math abilities for inventory management
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Team-oriented mindset with clear communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
