Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming shipments in the early morning hours (4:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planogram standards
- Rotate inventory using FIFO principles to maintain freshness
- Perform quality checks on merchandise and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain store cleanliness
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
- Assist with inventory counts and stockroom organization
Qualifications
- Ability to start shifts as early as 4:00 AM consistently
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
