Responsibilities
- Process cash, card, and digital transactions accurately using POS systems
- Provide outstanding customer service through greeting assistance and resolving inquiries
- Operate scanners, price checkers, and maintain organized checkout stations
- Bag purchases efficiently and ensure product security
- Balance daily cash drawers and report discrepancies promptly
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and price verification
- Uphold store cleanliness standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months experience in customer service or retail preferred
- Proficient with basic math and point-of-sale systems
