Responsibilities
- Restock Shelves: Efficiently restock merchandise to ensure shelves are fully stocked and organized.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock rotation (FIFO).
- Merchandising: Arrange products to maximize visual appeal and ensure correct pricing.
- Receiving: Assist in unloading delivery trucks and verifying incoming stock.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the backroom and sales floor clean, safe, and organized.
- Customer Support: Assist customers with locating items and answer basic inquiries.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available for early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and move around the store.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot discrepancies in inventory and pricing.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
