Responsibilities
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately to process customer purchases, returns, and exchanges.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding products or answering inquiries to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments responsibly, balancing the cash drawer at the end of every shift.
- Keep the checkout counter and surrounding area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak hours.
- Adhere to all company policies, including loss prevention and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
