Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and merchandise incoming shipments according to company standards
- Organize and stock shelves, coolers, and display areas with precision
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean and safe work environments throughout the store
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking efficiency
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols when applicable
Qualifications
- Availability to work 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shifts (Monday-Saturday)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management and stocking accuracy
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
