Responsibilities
- Stock shelves, display areas, and backrooms with merchandise according to company standards and planograms
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies to shift supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments following OSHA guidelines
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Collaborate with overnight teams to achieve stocking efficiency targets
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and proper stock rotation
- Assist in receiving and processing deliveries while maintaining accurate records
Qualifications
- Ability to work consistently between 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shifts
- Proven physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Previous retail or warehouse stocking experience preferred
- Basic math skills for inventory management tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Reliable transportation and punctuality record
