Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, scanners)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic counts
- Organize and optimize warehouse storage systems
- Inspect products for quality control compliance
- Collaborate with day-shift team for seamless handoffs
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and inventory software knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license (forklift certification a plus)
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Bay Parkway location
- Must be available 3-4 nights weekly (11 PM - 7 AM)
