Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain organized warehouse storage with proper pallet stacking and zone labeling
- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure packaging and labeling compliance
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided) for material movement
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless inventory reconciliation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Complete daily shift reports and digital documentation in real-time
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation training)
- Availability to work 3-4 nights weekly (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
