Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments at 4:00 AM start times
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays according to planograms
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper stock rotation
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless store operations
- Complete inventory counts and quality checks
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts (4:00-12:00 AM)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper techniques
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Positive attitude and customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
