Responsibilities
- Stock, rotate, and organize merchandise in assigned departments
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all work areas
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking efficiency
- Adhere to company merchandising and display standards
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 12:30 PM)
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
