Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize incoming merchandise with precision
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planograms
- Ensure product freshness and rotate inventory using FIFO methods
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless store operations
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies promptly
- Assist with price marking and promotional setups as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4 AM - 1 PM shifts (Monday-Sunday)
- Strong physical stamina for lifting (up to 50 lbs) and prolonged standing
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math proficiency for inventory management
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and punctuality

- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environments
