Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming shipments in the receiving area
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with merchandise following planogram guidelines
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and proper inventory management
- Maintain cleanliness of sales floor, storage areas, and equipment
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with overnight team for efficient workflow coordination
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math abilities for inventory management
- Availability to work 3:00 AM - 11:00 AM shifts (Monday-Sunday)
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid state ID or driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
