Responsibilities
- Unload, organize, and stock merchandise in assigned departments with precision and efficiency
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems to track stock levels
- Ensure all products are displayed according to company standards and freshness guidelines
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain clean and safe work environments
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to shift supervisors
- Assist with merchandising resets and promotional displays as needed
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for early morning shifts
- Basic proficiency with inventory software or willingness to learn
