Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments in the receiving area
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planograms
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and proper inventory management
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all stocking zones
- Operate pallet jacks and stocking equipment efficiently
- Collaborate with overnight team leads to prioritize stocking tasks
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisors
- Assist with price tagging and promotional signage setup
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation for early morning shifts (4:00 AM start)
- Basic math and inventory tracking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards for stocking operations
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays during peak seasons
