Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock and organize merchandise in designated areas before store opening
- Inspect and rotate inventory to maintain freshness and quality standards
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Support inventory audits and loss prevention initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail stocking or warehouse operations
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability including early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
