Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload and organize incoming merchandise during early morning shifts (3:00 AM - 11:00 AM)
- Stock shelves and displays with precision while maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking workflows
Qualifications
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Early morning availability (3:00 AM start time)
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
