Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries in the early morning hours
- Stock shelves, coolers, and display areas according to planograms
- Ensure all products are properly priced and labeled
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockroom environments
- Collaborate with overnight crew for efficient inventory rotation
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisors
- Assist with basic store maintenance tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4:00 AM - 10:00 AM shifts (Monday-Saturday)
- Previous stockroom or retail experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and inventory management abilities
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
