Responsibilities
- Unload and sort merchandise from delivery trucks efficiently
- Stock shelves and display areas according to company standards
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- Maintain organized stockrooms and sales floor cleanliness
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management tools
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily stocking goals
- Report inventory discrepancies to management promptly
- Follow safety protocols for lifting and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work shifts starting between 4-6 AM
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license may be required for some duties
