Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming shipments with precision and efficiency
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays according to planogram standards
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- Perform daily inventory counts and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with overnight crew to maintain store cleanliness and safety
- Assist with seasonal resets and promotional displays
- Adhere to food safety protocols and company guidelines
Qualifications
- Early morning availability (4:00 AM - 1:00 PM shifts)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
