Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments in the early morning hours (4:00 AM - 9:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planogram standards
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe sales floors during stocking operations
- Collaborate with overnight crew to coordinate stocking priorities
- Operate pallet jacks and basic warehouse equipment safely
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company merchandising guidelines
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts (4:00 AM start time)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math proficiency for inventory tasks
