Responsibilities
- Stock and organize merchandise in designated departments before store opening
- Unload delivery trucks and arrange products efficiently on shelves
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas and sales floors
- Operate pallet jacks and stocking equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Available to start shifts as early as 4:00 AM
- Ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
