Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock shelves and display merchandise according to planogram standards
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems with precision
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain organized stockroom and receiving areas
- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure freshness and accuracy
- Assist with inventory counts and rotation using digital tools
- Maintain safety protocols in all warehouse and stocking environments
- Support store opening procedures with attention to visual merchandising standards
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shifts with consistent punctuality
- Basic proficiency with inventory software and handheld scanners
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to Columbus location
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
