Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming shipments with accuracy and efficiency
- Stock shelves and display areas according to planogram standards
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and prevent waste
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and lifting equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless workflow
- Report inventory discrepancies and maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Early morning availability (3:00 AM - 11:00 AM)
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
