Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries before store opening
- Stock shelves and display areas according to planogram standards
- Rotate stock to ensure product freshness and proper expiration dates
- Operate pallet jacks and maintain clean, organized stockrooms
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize inventory flow
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to management
- Maintain safety standards while lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
Qualifications
- Ability to start shifts at 4:00 AM daily
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong physical stamina for standing/lifting for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory counts
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid work authorization and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
