Responsibilities
- Unload and merchandise shipments in a timely and efficient manner
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planograms
- Ensure all products are properly rotated and meet quality standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking procedures
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
- Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention measures
- Adhere to all safety and company policies during operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including early morning (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to work location
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
