Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration, check-in, and credential distribution with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service and information to event attendees
- Monitor venue compliance with safety protocols and crowd control measures
- Assist with setup/breakdown of event spaces, furniture, and AV equipment
- Collaborate with venue staff and event coordinators for flawless execution
- Respond promptly to attendee inquiries and resolve issues diplomatically
- Document event activities and submit detailed incident reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, hospitality, or event roles
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Strong communication skills and polished professional appearance
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of event management software preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally
