Responsibilities
- Safely walk dogs in designated neighborhoods and parks
- Provide exercise, playtime, and mental stimulation
- Monitor pets for health issues and behavioral changes
- Maintain detailed client reports and activity logs
- Administer basic care (feeding, medication as instructed)
- Transport pets to vet appointments when needed
- Uphold strict safety protocols during all interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog handling experience
- CPR/First Aid certification for pets preferred
- Reliable transportation and smartphone
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Valid Ohio driver's license
