Responsibilities
- Safely walk and monitor dogs in groups or one-on-one
- Administer medications and basic first aid when needed
- Maintain detailed pet care logs and owner communication
- Ensure all dogs are leashed and controlled during outings
- Report any behavioral or health concerns to management
- Clean and maintain equipment and designated areas
- Uphold company safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Physical ability to handle dogs up to 60 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Willingness to complete paid training program
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
- Previous pet handling experience a plus
