Responsibilities
- Safely walk and supervise multiple dogs simultaneously (1-4 dogs per group)
- Provide real-time photo and video updates to pet owners via mobile app
- Administer basic care including feeding, medication, and hydration
- Maintain detailed logs of pet behavior, health, and activity levels
- Transport dogs to/from veterinary appointments or daycare as needed
- Clean equipment and sanitize walking areas after each service
- Respond promptly to owner inquiries and service requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional dog walking or pet care experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle with pet-safe equipment
- First Aid/CPR certification for animals preferred
- Exceptional knowledge of dog behavior and handling techniques
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and walk 5+ hours daily
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Passionate about animal welfare and customer service
