Responsibilities
- Safely walk and supervise dogs of various breeds and sizes
- Provide feeding, medication administration, and playtime as needed
- Maintain detailed pet care logs and communicate with owners
- Adhere to strict safety protocols during all interactions
- Represent Paws & Play with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Transport pets to/from appointments using company vehicles
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Strong commitment to animal welfare and safety
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- No formal experience required – training provided!
- Must pass background check and drug screening
