Responsibilities
- Safely walk and exercise dogs individually or in small groups
- Provide feeding, medication administration, and waste cleanup
- Monitor pet health and behavior, reporting concerns promptly
- Maintain detailed client communication logs and activity reports
- Adhere to strict safety protocols during all interactions
- Build strong relationships with clients and their pets
- Manage scheduling and route planning efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog handling experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to walk dogs in various weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of dog behavior and basic training
- Excellent time management and reliability
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must be available weekdays and weekends
