Responsibilities
- Safely walk and exercise dogs in designated neighborhoods across Nashville
- Provide real-time photo/video updates to pet owners via our mobile app
- Administer basic care (feeding, medication) as per client instructions
- Maintain detailed digital logs of pet behavior and care activities
- Build trust-based relationships with both pets and their owners
- Adhere to strict safety protocols during all interactions
- Participate in onboarding and ongoing training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog handling experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Strong knowledge of dog behavior and first aid
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Smartphone proficiency with ability to use mobile apps
- Background check and pet care certification preferred
- Must reside within 15 miles of Nashville metro area
