Responsibilities
- Safely walk and supervise dogs in various Omaha neighborhoods
- Provide feeding, medication administration, and basic care as needed
- Maintain detailed pet care logs and client communication
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Build strong relationships with pet parents through exceptional service
- Transport pets to/from vet appointments or grooming (optional)
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Minimum 1 year professional pet care experience
- Red Cross Pet First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Background check and drug screen required
- Genuine love for animals and patience with diverse temperaments
