Responsibilities
- Safely walk dogs in designated neighborhoods and parks following client instructions
- Monitor pets for health/wellness and document observations
- Provide basic care: fresh water, waste cleanup, and enrichment activities
- Build trust with clients through professional communication and photo updates
- Maintain accurate walk logs and scheduling via our mobile app
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Represent our brand with professionalism and compassion
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid Florida ID
- Reliable transportation (vehicle or bike) for neighborhood routes
- Strong communication skills and punctuality
- Ability to handle dogs up to 70 lbs (training provided for larger breeds)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for scheduling apps
- Physical ability to walk 2-3 hours in Florida weather
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must be passionate about animal welfare
